Kota Kinabalu: The Customs Operations Enforcement Team from the Kota Kinabalu International Airport seized syabu and ganja worth RM1,210,389.60 in three separate seizures in November. This also led to the arrest of a 28-year-old local man at a premises in Jalan Tuaran, Inanam.
“The first seizure on Nov. 10 involving 30kg of syabu worth RM1.2 million is the biggest confiscated by the Department at the airport this year,” said Customs Assistant Sabah Director, Datuk Abdullah Jaapar (pic).
