Kota Kinabalu: A 33-year-old with two previous drug related offences has again been caught for suspected drug activities.This time around, he may face the mandatory death sentence, if convicted, after being found with 63.06gm of syabu near a tyre service centre in Manggatal, here, Monday.
His arrest was prompted by police surveillance which led narcotics team from the city police department to the premises at about 2.20pm, according to Acting City Police Chief Supt George Abd Rakman, in a statement, here, Tuesday.
The man, who was also found positive for drugs, was initially seen holding a plastic while walking hurriedly towards a Proton Saga FLX parked nearby.
