Kota Kinabalu: Three youths aged between 17 and 25 were caught after they are suspected of being involved in offering Wah Hui gambling services at Sinsuran Complex, here.Acting City Police Chief Supt George Abd Rakman in a statement, here, Friday, said initial investigations found that the three male suspects have been involved in the activity for a month.
Two suspects who were apprehended to facilitate in investigations.
They allegedly earned a monthly income of RM1,000 by offering Wah Hui gambling services. Their detention was prompted by public tip-off which led police to launch Ops Dadu raid in the commercial complex at about 5.30pm on Thursday.
The team also seized RM560, three mobile printer, three handphones and three papers jotted with numbers suspected to be for Wah Hui gambling.
George said investigations are still ongoing.
