Kota Kinabalu: It is time for Parti Warisan Sabah (Warisan) to spread its wings to Peninsular Malaysia, says the party’s Wira Chief Datuk Azis Jamman (pic).

“The expansion was mooted as previously we only heard of political parties from the peninsula entering Sabah. Now is the time for political parties from Sabah to expand to the peninsula,” he said in his wind-up speech during the Wira annual general assembly, here, on Saturday.

This, he said, is also in line with the spirit of the formation of Malaysia as “we (Sabah, Sarawak and the peninsula) are equal partners.”

He stressed that in politics, the key element is sharing.
