RANAU: Hundreds of villagers in Kg Narawang, here, will be able to enjoy clean water supply soon when a water catchment system in the area is completed. This follows a donation by the Ranau Parliamentary Office in the form of 15 rolls of two-inch poly pipes, which was handed over to the villagers by Lajim Momen, the Confidential Secretary to Deputy Home Affairs Minister II-cum-Ranau Member of Parliament Jonathan Yasin.
With the donation as well as the spirit of unity and gotong-royong, it is hoped the piping network throughout the village would be up and running soon, thus bringing a huge impact to the lives of the villagers.
A representative of the villagers, Edward Lajim, thanked Jonathan for bringing changes to far-flung areas in Ranau like Kg Narawang.
