Kota Kinabalu: The court has set Jan 13, next year for re-mention of the cases involving Datuk Peter Anthony (pic).Peter, who is the former State Infrastructure Development Minister, is charged with money laundering, receiving proceeds from an illegal activity and abetting a lawyer in committing criminal breach of trust over the sale of a land to the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (Risda).
Sessions Court Judge Abu Bakar Manat fixed the date when his case was brought up for mention Tuesday.
For money laundering and receiving proceeds from an illegal activity, Peter has five charges.
