Kota Kinabalu: Mercy Malaysia has partnered with Unicef Malaysia to offer youths and children in Sabah Psychological First Aid (PFA) through the Child Hotline under its existing Psychosocial Support Sabah Helpline.
The Child Hotline can be reached at 088-338038, whereas the general Sabah Hotline for adults and other individuals can be reached at 088-388088.
The Sabah Hotline operates 8am to 5pm on Monday to Sunday, whereas the Child Hotline operates from 8am to 6pm on Monday to Sunday.
Mercy Malaysia’s Psychosocial Support Hotline was firstly initiated in March during the Movement Control Order, and a dedicated hotline for Sabah was created on Oct 19.
