Kota Kinabalu: The State Government will not be providing allocations or ‘outright grants’ to Village Development and Security Committees (JPKK) for the purpose of ‘gotong-royong’ activities.Rural Development Minister Datuk Jahid Jahim (pic) said his Ministry had previously allocated RM10,000 in grants to every Village Community Management Council (MPKK), but it was discontinued since last year.
