A TAMAN FORTUNA rate-payer has been granted permission to temporarily use his home as a transit-point for rescued cats and dogs as he intends to shift these activities elsewhere in due course.A City Hall spokesman said the individual was in the process of scouting for a more suitable location to site this half-way house.
He said the homeowner had been given a grace-period in which to move his rescue efforts.
“The animals kept in his compound are part of a trap, neuter and release programme,” he said.
