THE upgrading of Kemabong-Rundum Road in Tenom has been approved under the Rolling Plan 4 (RP4) of the 11th Malaysia Plan (11MP) under the Rural Road Programme, said Kemabong Assemblyman Datuk Rubin Balang (pic).He said the project would be financed by the Federal Government via the Rural Development Ministry (KPLB).
“This project is at the final design stage and the tender is expected to be out in March next year with the construction to take 30 months to complete.
“I was informed of this by Deputy Chief Minister-cum-Works Minister, Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin, in his written answer to my question at the State Legislative Assembly,” he said.
