After two days of downtrend, Sabah's Covid cases up again, 230 today
PETALING JAYA: The health ministry has reported 1,925 Covid-19 cases and two deaths in the past 24 hours as Sabah saw 230 new patients, up after two days of a downtrend.

Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said there were 1,123 recoveries, bringing the total number of those discharged to 86,715.

In a statement, Noor Hisham said the total number of infections now stands at 108,615.

There are 21,443 active cases with 117 patients being treated in intensive care and 55 requiring respiratory assistance.

The health ministry reported nine new clusters today affecting Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Pahang, Sabah, Melaka and Negeri Sembilan.

These are Seri Lanang, Jalan Chu, Awan Putih construction site, Integra Ikon, Jalan Satang, Tembok Mempaga, Timbang Dayang, Teguli and Rambai clusters.
