Kota Kinabalu: A 31-year-old man here was charged with trafficking and having syabu.Mohd Fauzi Roslim was brought before Magistrate Jessica Ombou Kakayun to face the charge against him on Thursday.
However, no plea was taken from Mohd Fauzi as the chemist’s report on the drug is still pending.
On the first count, Mohd Fauzi is accused of trafficking 54.53gm of syabu at 4.35pm on Dec 17 this year in front of a car service centre in Sulaman Sentral, Manggatal, here.
