Right move and due recognition, says Federation
Kota Kinabalu: Federation of Chinese Associations Sabah (FCAS) President Tan Sri T.C. Goh (pic) welcomed the appointments of two outstanding women civil servants to senior positions in the State public service and State judiciary.

He hoped more women of good calibre and integrity would be appointed to hold senior positions in various sectors of the State.

He expressed this to congratulate former Sabah Deputy Attorney-General Datuk Nor Asiah Mohd Yusof, 50, for being appointed as the new State Attorney-General, replacing Datuk Brenddon Soh, and Kota Kinabalu City Hall (DBKK) Director-General Noorliza Awang Alip, 55, as the new Mayor for Kota Kinabalu City.
Noorliza would be the State and city’s first female Mayor following five male predecessors since 2000.
