BEAUFORT: The Lumadan State Assemblyman’s Office, together with State Irrigation and Drainage Department (DID) and Public Works Department (PWD) will work together to improve infrastructures in the constituency.Lumadan Assemblyman, Ruslan Muharam, said a working paper on the design for the Pan Borneo Highway had also been presented which had taken into account the impact of flood in Kampung Batu 6 Setengah.
He said the consultants from PWD will also present a working paper on the design for water irrigation for the said highway by writing to him later.
“During this meeting, all the parties present agreed to collaborate in the effort to reduce flood at the said village and its surrounding,” he said in a statement Monday after the meeting held during his recent working visit here.
