SANDAKAN: The Sandakan Municipal Council (MPS) has been urged to update its website from time to time so that the public can pay their assessment rates online.

Making the call, Tanjong Papat assemblyman Datuk Frankie Poon (pic) who is also Sabah DAP chairman said, MPS should also adopt a queuing number system at their counters to facilitate customers with the dealings.

“I received many public complaints on the slow assessment rate payment and licence renewal,” he said after visiting the MPS building, here, Tuesday.
