Kota Kinabalu: Kurniawan Dwi Yulianto relishes the opportunity to coach the Rhinos again in the Super League this season as he made a return to the pitch at Likas Stadium on Wednesday.The Indonesian who was engaged as the state head coach in the 2020 season had a rather difficult first season partly due to the Covi-19 crisis.
He had a bright start with the team winning once, drawn twice against one loss in the opening four matches before the league was stopped due to the Movement Control Order in March.
The restart in August saw the team struggling to regain their form and they only managed one win and one draw with five losses in the seven matches played to eventually finish in 10th place on the 12-team table.
