Kota Kinabalu: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Mohd Noor (pic) said he is honoured to be appointed Perikatan Nasional (PN) Sabah Chairman and thanked Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, who is National PN Chairman, and the party leadership for their trust in him leading the PN Sabah Liaison body. “This appointment is an eminent trust given to me to strengthen the organisation and movements of the coalition at the state level up to the grassroots level.
“PN Sabah also would like to congratulate the Sabah PN leaders who have been selected to be members of the National PN Supreme Council namely PN Sabah Deputy Chairman Datuk Seri Dr Jeffry Kitingan, another Deputy Chairman Datuk Seri Yong Teck Lee, a Supreme Council member Senator Datuk Guandee Khoi and another Supreme Council member Edward Dagul,” he said in a statement, Friday.
Hajiji also had a meeting with the top leadership of the PN Sabah component parties consisting of Bersatu, Star Sabah, Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) and PAS.
