Kota Kinabalu: Sabah recorded another high of 409 positive Covid-19 cases on Saturday, with 251 cases (61.4 per cent) stemming from close contacts, said Sabah’s Covid-19 spokesperson Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun.Kota Kinabalu topped the list with 77 cases, followed by Putatan with 38 cases.
“Eighty-one cases are from symptomatic screenings, 56 from other categories, 11 from inter-district travel screenings and 10 from new and existing clusters,” said Masidi in a statement, Saturday.
He added that the State registered a 95 per cent rate of compliance with Covid-19 standard operating procedures (SOPs), which is still lower than its previous average of 98 per cent prior to the surge of cases.
