KUNAK: The Kunak Tourism and Culture Association (KTCA) is ready to cooperate with government agencies to revive the affected tourism sector due to the Covid-19 pandemic.Its President Mohd Hata Arabi said there are several agriculture and aquaculture entrepreneurs in the district who has the potential to contribute to the development of agro-tourism.
“For example, the Area Farmers’ Association is ready to work with us to develop agro-tourism as the association has active members in the fish and prawn rearing industry in sea areas as well as nearby islands.
“Surely, agro-tourism activities can be intensified through trips to these areas and this can increase the income of the entrepreneurs.
