The Labuan Member of Parliament said this in reference to a Daily Express report on Dec 21 which stated that Ungku Aziz had tossed the idea 43 years ago.
“Although the proposal was made more than four decades ago, it is still relevant and more suited for Labuan mow as its infrastructure has been sufficiently developed. Adding to this is the island’s peaceful atmosphere which offers a conducive environment,” he said.
