Sze Yi Association West Coast spreads CNY cheer to elderly members

Kota Kinabalu: Sze Yi Association West Coast, Sabah, spread the festive cheer ahead of the Chinese New Year by presenting red packets or ang pows to its elderly members, recently.

Its President Datuk Susan Wong Siew Guen said the association recognised the contribution of the elderly members to Sze Yi Association West Coast, Sabah.

“The ang pows given to our elderly members is a form of appreciation from the association, and to show them that we still value and care about them,” she said in a statement, here, Monday.

Susan said the Covid-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on a global scale with no sign of stopping anytime soon.
