Kota Kinabalu: The Federal and State governments have been urged to collaborate and bring down the prices of daily goods and essential items in Sabah and Sarawak.
Making the call, Dayak Transformation Association (Trada) president Joseph Janting said communities in both states “have been and continue to be impacted by the Covid-19 crisis.”

“The youth and B40 segments are the hardest hit because of income loss or unavailability of jobs,” he said in a statement, Friday.
“The financial burden faced by the people in Sabah and Sarawak because of this crisis is made worse by the high cost of daily goods and essential items.
