As implemented before, he said the documents needed are only for those listed under the essential services and industries allowed to operate throughout the MCO period. For those not relevant would face the consequences.
“We have set up roadblocks in three locations in the district which are at Bongawan police station, Kuarters Kereta Api along Jalan Lama Papar-Kota Kinabalu and Sabindo which are at the borders of Papar district.
