Kota Kinabalu: Five young pilots who initiated the Layang-Layang Helicopter Academy Alumni (LLHA) last year to carry out charity projects have embarked on their second mission to help 110 families in several remote Pitas villages hit by floods recently.
Headed by Captain Shahdon Poong, the group comprising also Captain Nazeem Elezar, Captain Matthew Ian Wong, Captain Muhammad Amirul Asyraf B Malek and Captain Sofia William will be delivering food aid via helicopter to the families today (Tuesday).

In their first project in March last year during the first Movement Control Order (MCO), they delivered food aid to 86 families in Kg Longkongon and Kg Kalagaan in Penampang.
