SANDAKAN: Police here issued a total of 46 compounds to those who failed to comply with the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) from Jan 13 to Jan 24.
District Police Chief, ACP Mohd Azhar Hamin, said there were a total of 219 compounds issued involving 214 individuals since the first Movement Control Order (MCO).

“Of the number, a total of 150 have settled the compound, 64 have not paid the while five compounds have been cancelled.
“Investigation paper will be opened on individuals who failed to pay the compound after 14 days and will be brought to court where action on those who failed to pay the compound will be determined by the judge.
