Subsequent status of MCO will depend on situation

Kota Kinabalu: State Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun (pic) said any decision on the subsequent status of the Covid-19 Movement Control Order (MCO) will depend on the statistics and the situation.Sabah recorded 288 cases and two fatalities in Papar and Kota Kinabalu, respectively, Friday.  Of the figure, more than half (72.2 per cent or 208 cases) are from close contact screening, 30 from symptomatic screening, 26 from new and existing cluster screening, two from community screening, eight from Social Security Organisation screening and 14 from other categories.
