Kota Kinabalu: People in the southern coastal districts along the West Coast of Sabah as well as in Lawas, in Sarawak, and Brunei claim to have heard and felt a “strange explosion” at about 11am, Sunday. The actual cause is still unknown. It is understood that the “explosion” like thunder and tremors was felt for about 10 seconds.
