Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers’ Association (Shareda) will adopt the “3S” approach in its new general direction and urged developers not to give up in the face of the pandemic.Shareda chairman-designate Datuk Chua Soon Ping (pic) said the 3S are survival, services and sustainable development.
“During the pandemic, the Association does not only take care of its members but also the entire industry, including related industries affected by the real estate and construction industries,” he said.
“Shareda is like a big fish in the ocean that needs to take of the small fish.
