Kota Kinabalu: The Wildlife Department and Department of Veterinary Services are trying to establish the cause of  deaths of some 34 wild boars in the forests of Kinabatangan, Sugut and Paitan since Jan. 28.

Wildlife Director Augustine Tuuga said 29 wild boars were found dead in Kinabatangan while five in Sugud and Paitan.
