Kota Kinabalu: Thousands of smallholders across the State are in a dilemma over a warning that their workers’ Temporary Employment Visit Passes (PLKS) will not to be renewed if they did not conduct mandatory Covid-19 screening on their foreign workers by Feb. 28. Some of them who contacted Daily Express seeking clarification on the matter said while they wish to comply with the requirement, the reality is that the Movement Control Order (MCO) forbids travelling more than two persons per vehicle.
