SANDAKAN: The Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Sandakan Branch is currently implementing a special enforcement operation on SOP compliance at construction sites together with other enforcement agencies, including the Health Ministry and Labour Department.Sandakan CIDB Manager, Mohd Hanif Abdul Rahman, said the operation is implemented to ensure compliance with the standard operating procedure (SOP) and regulations at the project sites.
