Kota Kinabalu: It is a positive development but still not enough, says Kota Kinabalu Member of Parliament Chan Foong Hin (pic) on the special RM100,000 allocation for each opposition representative announced by Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor on Tuesday.Chan, who is Sabah DAP Secretary, asserted that Hajiji did not said it is an annual allocation.
