Kota Kinabalu: The owner of a condominium unit at Jalan Coastal, here, was arrested along with 13 others, including three women, for turning it into a gambling venue in conjunction with the Chinese New Year since Saturday.City Police Chief ACP Habibi Majinji said the activity was uncovered after it was raided by a team of Gambling and Secret Societies Division (D7) police from Kota Kinabalu Police Headquarters (IPD) via “Op Limau” at 11.15pm on Monday
