BEAUFORT: A local was arrested for causing a 39-year-old to be permanently blind in his right eye after being assaulted with a broomstick in Kg Benunuk at 11pm on Monday.District Police Chief DSP Azmir Abd Razak said a woman lodged a report saying her son was blinded in one eye after being beaten with a broom stick by his friend.
