Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd (SESB) consumers can now make appointments online through the Online Appointment System (STO).SESB Senior General Manager (Assets Management) Norhizami Abu Hasan said the system started operating on Jan 18 as an additional service to the usual process of visiting SESB’s Customer Service Center.
Among the objectives of implementing the STO is to reduce congestion at the service counter, prevent users from queuing and waiting while curbing the spread of Covid-19
“Through this method, users can book appointments in advance suitable to their time and according to the time slot provided in the system to meet SESB staff at the customer service counters in all 23 SESB offices throughout Sabah and Labuan,” he said in a statement, Friday.
The time slots are on a first come first serve basis.
Norhizami said among the services offered through this STO are new applications, name change and account termination.
“The online appointment can be made through the link https://temujanji.sesb. com.my.
“Users will need to fill in all the required information and a confirmation notification will be sent to the registered email or mobile phone number,” he added.
Meanwhile, SESB users are also advised to register or update their personal information at SESB Online Customer Service (OCS) through the website https://ocs.sesb. com.my to ease bill reviews and receive SESB service information via SMS.
