King Cobra caught in Beaufort
BEAUFORT: Firefighters captured a seven-foot King Cobra at a house in Taman Wawasan Berjaya, here, at 7.17pm, Saturday.

District Fire and Rescue Chief Mohammad Hasbollah Nenggok said firemen rushed to the scene and took 15 minutes to retrieve the snake.

“The King Cobra was in the storeroom and was caught with a snake catcher.

“I advise the public, especially those living near the forest, to always be vigilant because we received many cases of snakes entering the house.
