Kota Kinabalu: The Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) State Government has approved the upgrading of the flood-prone Kota Kinabalu-Kudat by-pass (Lebak Moyoh-Kampung Sembirai) here at an estimated cost of RM6.5 million.Announcing this during his visit to the area, Monday, Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Haji Noor said decisive steps must be taken since the road is crucial linking Kota Marudu, Kudat and Pitas to Kota Kinabalu.
