KOTA MARUDU: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Haji Noor has directed all department heads and officials to facilitate government development or projects especially those already approved and given allocation.He stressed that this is very important for providing development facilities that should be enjoyed by people in this State and ensure no development project completed late as it would be a loss for the people, said Hajiji who is also State Finance Minister.
