SANDAKAN: Sabah has the potential to become a hub for coconut-based products if developed systematically and meets the quality certified by the Department of Agriculture.Sabah Assistant Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries I, Datuk James Ratib said, farmers in Sabah are encouraged to cultivate coconuts commercially to meet the high demand not only in the national market, but also abroad.
