KENINGAU: Police arrested a foreigner in his 20s and seized ketum leaves weighing 120.66kg at an oil palm plantation area in Sook, near here, on Monday.

District Police Chief Deputy Supt. Shahrudin Mat Husain said the seized ketum leaves were estimated to be worth RM1,200 and could produce about 900 litres of ketum water when processed.
