SANDAKAN: Tanjong Papat Assemblyman Datuk Frankie Poon (pic) urged Sandakan Municipal Council (SMC) to charge only minimum fee to local youths and artists if they wish to conduct business or activities at Menara MPS.

The Sabah DAP Acting Chairman said the purpose is to re-develop the almost empty building while giving opportunity to local youths and artists who have high aspirations in the industry but lack financial resources.
