Kota Kinabalu: Former Malaysia international Amri Yahya has made an instant impact with Sabah Football Club since he flew in to attend trial with the team two weeks ago.

The 40-year-old has since been recruited by the management together with former national Under-23 player, N. Thanabalan as their two local imports for the new season and he was with the team for their recent two pre-season friendly matches in Kuala Lumpur.
