Kota Kinabalu: The Federation of Chinese Associations Sabah (FCAS) opened its marriage registration centre at the Karamunsing Complex here, Saturday.Its President Tan Sri Goh Tian Chuan said the opening of the centre by FCAS was not to compete with other Chinese chambers which already have similar services for many years.
