LUMADAN: Villagers in Lumadan Jaya had to face severe floods for the first time due to the nonexistent drainage system along the construction of the Pan Borneo Highway from Jalan Lumadan to Bukau, Meraba and Inuman.Villager Aini Sukir said the Pan Borneo contractor should have built a proper drainage system along the road to prevent rainwater from flooding the roads and nearby villages.
