Kota Kinabalu: The dripping of a blood-like fluid from the ceiling of a man’s flat in Labuan led to the discovery of a deceased man from the upper floor.

The 36-year-old occupant of the third-floor unit was sitting in his living room when he saw drops of what looked like blood dripping from his ceiling at his place in Taman Mutiara Sungai Bedaun, on Tuesday (March 2).

Labuan acting OCPD Deputy Supt Mohd Ibrahim Mohd Ghani said the man then alerted the authorities to the matter.

The police, together with firemen, broke down the door on the upper unit and found a dead man who was still in a seated position on his couch, said DSP Ibrahim.
