Kota Kinabalu: A police report has been lodged against a Warisan Member of Parliament (MP) for allegedly committing breach of trust and cheating on a development project carried out on Native land in Kudat and for refusal to transfer a Native land in the same district to Commercial Lease (CL) to a non-native who had purchased the land.

A lawyer here lodged the report Wednesday, representing his client who is a British expatriate who was involved in realising a development project called “Kudat Riveira” with the MP in 2000.
