NAVY Chief Admiral Tan Sri Mohd Reza Mohd Sany was awarded the Submarine Expertise Badge (Honorary) for his trust in the RMN submarine service at Sepanggar Naval Base, Thursday.Mohd Reza also pinned the “Dolphin” insignia on one officer and eight personnel for completing the Submarine Qualification Course held over 18 months.
