Kota Kinabalu: Datuk Chua Soon Ping (pic) was elected as the new President of Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (Shareda) for 2021-2023 during the association’s nomination day on Saturday and will take the helm of office effective April 1.He will assisted by Immediate Past President, Datuk Chew Sang Hai, Datuk Johnny Wong Chen Yee (Deputy President), Wesley Chai Meng Kong (Vice President I), Datuk Quek Siew Hau (Vice President II), Benny Ng Su Pei (Honorary Secretary General), Emily Chew Fei Sean (Treasurer General) and Council Members Datuk Haji Pengiran Saifuddin  Pengiran Tahir, Reggie Sua@Boboy, Francis Wong Liong Teck, Joanne Wendy Chung, Roy Chiew Min Hann, and Sophie Lim Meow Yin.
