SANDAKAN: The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) here seized 900 cartons of contraband cigarettes believed to be smuggled in from a neighbouring country, on Monday.Sandakan Maritime Zone Director Zainudin Mohd Zuki said intelligence prompted a MMEA team to the area where two boats were found in a suspicious manner about 2.30am.
