Shellstown Development Sdn Bhd has appointed marketing firm, Property Hunter and sales agent, Bornion Realty in preparation for the launching of the upcoming housing development in Tuaran. The affordable project, set in a strategic location is targeted to be launched in March 2021 with attractive promotions and amenities. 

Director of Shellstown Development, Mr Eskay Wong, says the project, which is pending for final stage of APDL approval, will offer home seekers a chance to own a quality home at a low-entry price.

In anticipation of the launching of the project, Mr Yong said “We are very excited to be working with Shellstown Development on their maiden project here in Tuaran, together with Bornion Realty.

Tuaran is an interesting satellite township and is certainly improving on its livability scale. With the completion of new highways in the coming years, connectivity will be greatly improved.”
